Every Duke Edition piece is inspected by hand before it leaves the atelier. In the rare event a piece does not meet our standard, we stand behind it.

• 14-day window — unworn and unwashed pieces in standard sizes (S–XXL) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Original packaging — the obsidian box, gold seal, and documentation must accompany the return.
• Refund — issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.

Shirts produced to your provided measurements are final sale and cannot be returned for sizing reasons. Our concierge is available to assist you with the measurement ritual before you submit your fit — write to private@dukeedition.com.

Any piece arriving with a defect in construction, fabric, or finishing will be replaced or refunded in full — regardless of standard or custom status. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
